Lawyers of the Firm have in the past acted as company secretary to several companies and prepared and circulated notices and agenda of board meetings, annual and extra-ordinary general meetings. Also, we have undertaken due diligence exercises for different companies as well as the preparation and review of letters of intent and expressions of interest, non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements, deeds of assignment, term sheets, and memorandum of understanding, share sales and purchase agreements, and shareholders agreement

Previous work also include the preparation of legal opinions on varied legal issues, and we have in the past undertaken the incorporation of several companies, and drafting of labor and employment related documentation like employment contracts, handbooks, directors’ contract, etc.
