We have also been involved in advising government parastatals including Nigerian and foreign companies on issues of oil and gas laws. Work undertaken in this area of law include drafting and reviewing joint venture agreements,letters of intent for investment in oil mining leases, risk service contracts, joint operating agreements, and financing & production sharing agreements.
