Egondu Nwoke

Ms. Nwoke graduated from the University of Nigeria and was admitted into the Nigeria Bar in the year 2008. She started her career in the law offices of Kenneth Ikonne & Co., LP where she garnered experience in legal drafting, litigation as well as Nigerian and International corporate law practice.

Between 2014 and 2016, she held the office of Legal Adviser and Company Secretary at Sea Petroleum Limited where she was active in reviewing service transactions/contracts relating to telecommunications projects and investments, advising on licensing, regulatory compliance and bidding strategies.

She thereafter joined the law firm of Oladele Bankole Balogun & Co., as an Associate.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Federation of Women Lawyers.
