Justina

Justina graduated from Abia State University in 2011 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2012. She started her career in OluwaseunAjoba& Co., Osun State in 2012 after which she worked at Udeh& Associates, Ikoyi Lagos, as Junior Counsel.
She has over the years, practiced extensively in the areas of Corporate/Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution, negotiating and structuring several finance transactions in relation to real estate investments, and preparing related documentation. She has also over time held other positions such as Head of Administration and Counsel in the firm of OlakunleAgbebi&Co., from 2013 until joining Calmhill Partners in December 2017.

Justina brings to the team, excellent research and negotiation skills, as well as an enviable penchant for administrative delivery and dealing effectively with challenging situations and transactions. She is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and the Section of Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association.
